In full it reads: ‘the customer is always right, in matters of taste.’ In other words, good service means letting your customer buy the jacket that makes them look ridiculous or the jeans that clearly don't fit, if that's what they want. It does not mean they are an expert in pricing, stock control, logistics, merchandising planograms, company policy vs retail law, or that they know with absolute certainty that there must be 'one out back.'

Once your order has been printed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched. Delivery times begin after your order has been produced, so your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.
We know waiting a little longer isn't always ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience. By producing items only when they're ordered, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and excess waste, making our process more environmentally responsible than traditional retail. Our Products
All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. As each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.
Please check product descriptions, sizing guides and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
As our items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives:
- Faulty or defective;
- Damaged during transit; or
- Incorrect due to our error.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@retailertherapy.co.uk
Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.
We will review your claim as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, offer either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost; or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
No Return Required
If we approve your refund or replacement request for a faulty or damaged item, you will not be required to return the item. You may keep, recycle or dispose of it responsibly unless we specifically request otherwise.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges will also be refunded where required by law or where the issue was due to our error.
